Clinical Skin Needling & Mesotherapy
Skin needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment designed to improve the quality, texture and overall appearance of the skin.
Using our Medical Grade, TGA-approved skin needling device, controlled micro-channels are created within the skin to stimulate the body’s natural wound-healing response. This encourages collagen and elastin production while creating an opportunity to incorporate carefully selected professional skin-rejuvenating formulations into your treatment.
At FORME, your treatment can be customised with NCTF® BOOST 135 HA, Prescription Growth Factors or BYRYZN Opuluxe-V, depending on your individual skin concerns and goals.
NCTF® BOOST 135 HA
A revitalising formulation containing hyaluronic acid alongside a comprehensive blend of vitamins, amino acids, minerals and other skin-supporting ingredients.
Combined with skin needling, NCTF® can help to:

Support collagen and elastin production
Improve the appearance of fine lines
Refine skin texture
Support skin regeneration
Promote a brighter, more refreshed complexion
NCTF® is particularly suited to clients wanting an overall hydration and skin-quality boost.
Growth Factors
Growth factors are naturally occurring signalling proteins involved in cellular communication, tissue repair and regeneration. When incorporated into a skin needling treatment, topical growth factor formulations can support the skin's natural recovery and renewal processes.
Growth factors may help to:
Support collagen and elastin production
Improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Refine uneven skin texture
Improve the appearance of acne scarring
Support skin recovery following treatment
Strengthen and improve overall skin quality
This treatment is particularly suited to clients looking to address skin texture, scarring and visible signs of ageing.
BYRYZN Opuluxe-V
BYRYZN Opuluxe-V is an advanced Korean skin booster formulation designed to support hydration, regeneration and overall skin quality. Its formulation combines ingredients including PDRN, poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), hyaluronic acid, glutathione, adenosine, vitamins, amino acids and postbiotic ingredients.
When incorporated into a skin needling treatment, BYRYZN can help to:
Deeply hydrate and improve skin suppleness
Support collagen production and skin firmness
Improve the appearance of fine lines
Refine skin texture and overall skin quality
Support skin barrier function
Brighten and revitalise a dull complexion
Promote a healthier, more radiant appearance
BYRYZN is an excellent option for clients wanting a comprehensive skin rejuvenation treatment, particularly where hydration, texture, firmness and radiance are the focus.
Why Combine Skin Needling With Mesotherapy?
Skin needling creates controlled micro-channels within the skin while simultaneously stimulating the body's natural healing response. This can be combined with carefully selected professional formulations which are able to be optimally absorbed to create a more comprehensive approach to skin rejuvenation.
At your consultation, we will select the most appropriate formulation based on your
skin type, concerns, treatment history and desired outcome.
Whether your priority is hydration, pigmentation, acne scarring, fine lines, texture, firmness or overall skin quality, your treatment will be tailored accordingly.
Common questions regarding skin needling
Does Skin Needling Hurt?
Most clients experience minimal discomfort during treatment. Our Code X skin needling device is designed to minimise drag across the skin, helping to make the treatment as comfortable as possible..
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
For most skin concerns, we recommend a course of 3-6 treatments, generally spaced approximately 4-8 weeks apart.
We will assess your skin and develop a personalised treatment plan based on your individual concerns and goals. Some clients may benefit from ongoing maintenance treatments to support their results.
When Will I See Results?
Your skin may appear brighter and more refreshed in the days following treatment. As collagen production and skin regeneration continue, improvements in texture, firmness and overall skin quality become more apparent over the following weeks.
Results will vary depending on your skin, the treatment performed and your individual response.
Is There Any Downtime?
Skin needling involves controlled injury to the skin, so some redness, warmth, sensitivity and mild swelling can be expected following treatment.
Downtime varies depending on the depth of treatment and the formulation used. Most clients experience visible redness for approximately 1–3 days, with the skin continuing to settle over the following days.
Detailed personalised aftercare for your treatment will be provided during your consultation.
Before Your Treatment
To prepare your skin and minimise the risk of irritation, we recommend:
Avoiding excessive sun exposure in the week before treatment
Discontinuing active skincare ingredients as advised
Avoiding other cosmetic treatments 2 weeks prior to treatment, as advised during your consultation
Arrive with a clean, make-up free face. SPF is ok.
Is Skin Needling Suitable for Everyone?
Skin needling can be suitable for a wide range of skin types and tones. However, it is not appropriate for everyone or every skin condition.
A consultation will determine whether skin needling is appropriate for you and which formulation and treatment approach will best suit your skin.
