LED Light Therapy
What is LED light therapy?
LED therapy is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to support the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes.
By delivering targeted light energy to the skin, LED therapy can help calm inflammation, support collagen production, improve the appearance of blemishes and promote a brighter, healthier-looking complexion, all without needles or downtime.
How Does LED Therapy Work?
LED Therapy uses carefully selected wavelengths of light to target different skin concerns and support the skin at a cellular level.
Depending on your individual needs, different wavelengths may be used to help reduce inflammation, support skin healing, encourage collagen production and improve overall skin tone and texture.
Red Light (630-650nm)
Helps support collagen production and skin regeneration, making it particularly beneficial for fine lines, skin ageing and overall skin rejuvenation.
Blue Light (415-450nm)
Targets acne-causing bacteria and helps reduce inflammation, making it well suited to acne-prone and congested skin.
Green Light (520-530nm)
Helps to calm the appearance of redness and support a more even-looking complexion.
Yellow Light (590-620nm)
Helps to support circulation and promote a brighter, more revitalised-looking complexion.
Near-Infrared Light (850nm)
Penetrates deeper into the skin to support cellular repair, circulation and the skin’s natural recovery processes.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
Your recommended treatment schedule will depend on your skin concerns, goals and overall treatment plan.
For best results, LED therapy is generally performed as a course of treatments, with ongoing maintenance treatments to support and prolong results.
As a general guide:
Acne and congestion: A course of approximately 6–8 treatments may be recommended, depending on your skin and response to treatment.
Skin rejuvenation: 6-8 treatments spaced approximately 1-2 per weekty may be recommended to support skin renewal and collagen production.
Overall skin health and radiance: 4-6 treatments may be recommended, followed by maintenance treatments as required.
During your consultation we will assess your skin and recommend a treatment schedule tailored to your individual needs.
