Meet Jess

Jessica Stacey, founder of Forme Cosmetic Science, A woman with long brown hair, wearing light-colored medical scrubs, standing in a modern indoor space with plants, a mirror, and a brick wall.

Behind Forme is Jess Stacey – founder, Registered Nurse, and a practitioner whose approach has been shaped by nearly a decade in Nursing.

Her clinical foundation was built in the operating theatre. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University, Geelong, in 2017, Jess joined Epworth Hospital as a Surgical and Theatre Nurse, later rising to Associate Nurse Unit Manager of Day Surgery. It was here, working closely with many of Geelong's leading Plastic Surgeons, that her interest in aesthetics began to take shape.

She pursued further study in Skin Science with a focus on facial and skin anatomy, followed by training with Galderma, Allergan and Teoxane from 2019. A move into full-time practice with one of Geelong's leading Plastic Surgeons sharpened her technique and eye for detail, ahead of founding Forme.

Her experience has given her a rare combination of acute clinical skills and aesthetic judgement. She continues to refine her skills each year through masterclasses with leading Doctors and Dermatologists, and national conferences, to keep her practice at the forefront of the field.

She favours gradual, natural results and long-standing relationships over one-off treatments – built on honest consultations and a clear understanding of what each client wants to achieve.
